Different from other agent sites, we directly manage goods on our website and you do not need to find an agent for your order. We strive to offer you a comprehensive and coherent shopping experience with no complicated rules and processes.

Quality Assurance: We will email confirmation of the physical details of the product. Before the goods are sent overseas, you will receive six high-quality pictures of the goods for free, showing the front, back, and side details of the goods. Only after you are confirmed with those pictures, we will deliver it to you. However, if you do not respond to the QC email/message for over 48 hours, we have to start the shipping process.

QUALITY

Register with the correct email address, and you will receive quality inspection photos before shipment.

Before the product is sent out, we will help you to check the quality. We take photos from all angles of the product and send it to your registered email address on our website. Please confirm the quality and size within 48 hours. After receiving your confirmation, we will start arranging international shipping. If you do not reply within 48 hours, we will assume you have confirmed the order and arrange international shipping.

Please note:

We only accept return/exchange BEFORE we start the international shipping process. So please confirm your QC photos carefully.

WHEN CAN I GET MY ORDER?

International shipping time depends on the route you choose.

EMS: The estimated shipping time is 10-25 days. The advantage is that it is charged according to the actual weight. The disadvantage is that the first weight is shipped at 500g, and the additional weight is calculated as one unit per 500g(less than 500g is also measured at 500g). Transportation time is unstable.

Canada Post: Special line only for Canada customers. The estimated shipping time is 15-18 days, the advantage is that it is charged according to the actual weight. The weight limit is 2kg. The price is good but shipping time is unstable.

USPS: Special line only for US customers. The estimated shipping time is 10-12 days. Very cost effective. But if the package's sum of length, width and height is larger than 90cm, package will be charged by volume weight and each package has a maximum weight of 5 kg.

USPS(Alaska/Hawaii/Puerto Rico)：USPS American remote area line, each package has a maximum weight of 3.15 kg.

FEDEX: The estimated shipping time is 7-10 days. The advantage is that the shipping time is shorter, and the disadvantage is that it is charged according to the volume weight, which leads to higher shipping cost. For example, the actual weight of a pair of sports shoes is 1600g, but the packaging box (L × W × H)/5000, the volume weight may be 3500g.

AMX: The estimated shipping time is 8-12 days. Advantages and disadvantages is same to FedEx route.

UPS: The estimated shipping time is 8-12 days.Advantages and disadvantages is same to FedEx route.

DHL: The estimated shipping time is 10-15 days. The advantage is covering customs and disadvantages is same to UPS route.

DHL EU-HT：Special line only for European customers.The estimated shipping time is 10-15 days.The advantage is covering customs.

Australia special line-XH：Special line only for Australia customers.The estimated shipping time is 10-15 days.The advantage is covering customs.

European special line: Special line only for European customers.The estimated shipping time is 8-12 days.The advantage is covering customs.

Royal Mail: Special line only for British customers.The estimated shipping time is 8-12 days.The advantage is covering customs.

Japan special line: Special line only for Japanese customers.The estimated shipping time is 5-8 days.The advantage is covering customs.

Tips: Principle of international logistics fee: Logistic companies compare the volume weight with the actual weight , and they take the higher value as the billable weight value. Volume weight (kg) = circumference L (cm) × width W (cm) × height H (cm )) / 5000. Actual weight is the weight shown on scales.

ABOUT SHIPPING COST

The freight cost charged on the website is the prepaid freight. There will be a refund for any overpayment or a supplemental payment for any deficiency. If there is a freight difference due to the difference between the actual weight and the volume weight, we will contact you as soon as possible.

2、Enter the logistics order number on https://www.17track.net/en to check the latest logistics status.

RISK

If the package has already left China but detained by customs or lost due to other problems, we will do our best to assist you in inquiries in the event of a problem.
